HHCS coordinates with Area Agencies on Aging, case managers, and community partners serving Aging Waiver participants
throughout approved Utah service regions.
HHCS works alongside Utah’s AAA structure to coordinate chore and household support services for participants enrolled in the Aging Waiver. Our Utah operational footprint connects with two AAA partners:

Utah Service Pathways
01 Waiver-Funded Support
Coordination inquiries and referral discussions are reviewed with AAA partners and caseworkers during operational rollout.
02 Private-Pay Household Services
Private-pay service requests are reviewed for household support needs, regional availability, and coordination fit.
03 Facility & Community Support Services
Support requests from facilities and community partners are reviewed for service scope, timing, and coordination requirements.

HHCS is in a limited operational rollout phase in Utah. Current focus is accepting coordination inquiries and referral discussions, reviewing intake details, planning scheduling coordination, and preparing service partner onboarding.
