HHCS helps Wisconsin participants, families, referral partners, and community organizations coordinate practical household and chore support services through IRIS, Family Care, Family Care Partnership, PACE, and private-pay pathways.
Support may include cleaning, laundry, organizing, lawn care, snow removal, home stabilization, pest-related coordination, project-based household support, and facility or community support.

Specialized coordination for community-based support and facility maintenance, tailored to organizational and referral partner needs.
