WHY HHCS

Coordinated household support for independent living.

HHCS is built to make household, environmental, and facility support easier to coordinate through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and service-focused execution.

Why families choose HHCS.

Families choose HHCS when they need household support that is practical, respectful, and easy to navigate.

From the first request through completion, HHCS helps coordinate the details, clarify next steps, and support services that make the home safer, cleaner, and more manageable.

Clear scope before services begin

01

We confirm what support is needed before work starts, including the service type, location, timing, and expected follow-up. Whether the request is waiver-funded or private-pay, families know what is included before services are scheduled.

02

One point of accountability

HHCS helps manage the request from intake through completion, so families, participants, and referral partners are not left tracking multiple loose ends. Questions, updates, scheduling needs, and follow-up are handled through a clear support process.

03

Practical support for the home and daily living

Services may include household cleaning, laundry assistance, organizing, decluttering, lawn care, snow removal, home stabilization support, and other approved household or property-related needs that help maintain a safer, more functional living space.

04

Support through waiver-funded and private-pay pathways

HHCS works with Wisconsin IRIS participants, Utah Aging Waiver participants, referral partners, and private-pay households. Regardless of the pathway, families receive clear communication, respectful support, and reliable follow-through.

Why referral partners
choose HHCS.

Referral partners, including case managers, discharge planners, consultants, service coordinators, and community-based organizations, choose HHCS when they need household support requests handled with clarity, documentation, and reliable follow-through.

HHCS helps coordinate common referral needs such as household cleaning, laundry assistance, lawn care, snow removal, home stabilization, heavy clutter or hoarding-related support, project-based household support, pest and environmental coordination, and facility or community support.

04

Coordinated referral flow

Referrals move through a defined intake process. Partners get confirmation of receipt and clear next steps rather than silence after a hand-off.

Authorization-aligned scope

For waiver participants, services are delivered only within approved authorization scope, and billing is traceable from authorization through reconciliation. Partners can rely on the work staying inside what was authorized.

Closed-loop communication

We confirm completion, next steps, and outcomes for each coordination touchpoint. Partners are not left following up to find out what happened.

Operational support infrastructure

Centralized intake, coordinated scheduling, and structured documentation mean partners hand off a participant and get a managed process in return.

Why Facilities Choose HHCS

Facilities, assisted living communities, group homes, and community housing organizations choose HHCS when they need dependable support for cleaning, turnover, stabilization, seasonal projects, and resident transitions. HHCS helps facility teams manage practical service needs that may fall outside daily staffing capacity, require outside coordination, or need clear follow-through from request to completion.

Inspections, Turnovers & Space Preparation

HHCS can help prepare spaces for inspections, new residents, returning residents, internal reviews, or scheduled service needs. Support may include cleaning, organizing, turnover preparation, shared-space support, and stabilization-related services.

Inspection Preparation | Turnover Support | Room or Unit Reset | Shared-Space Cleaning

Resident Transition Support

When residents move in, move out, return from a care setting, or need additional household support, HHCS helps coordinate practical services that make the space cleaner, safer, and more manageable.

Support for Facility Operations

HHCS can support facility and housing teams when staffing capacity is limited, seasonal needs increase, or a defined service request requires coordination outside the normal daily workflow.

Support for Stabilization Needs

For spaces that need more than routine cleaning, HHCS helps coordinate stabilization-focused support, including deep cleaning, clutter reduction, pest-related preparation, environmental stabilization, and follow-up service coordination.

OUR OPERATIONAL STANDARD

Reduce friction through coordination.

These are the standards we work against internally and the experience we deliver externally. They apply the same way across waiver and private-pay engagements, in every state we serve.

01

Operational Clarity

Communication and documentation are concise, actionable, and organized. Scope is defined in writing before services begin.

02

Closed-Loop Communication

No loose ends. We confirm completion, next steps, and outcomes for each coordination touchpoint.

03

Ownership Through Resolution

The team member handling an issue owns it through resolution or proper escalation. No bouncing between teams.

04

Warm Professionalism

Calm, respectful, efficient communication centered on what participants and partners actually need.

05

Authorization Alignment

For waiver participants, services are delivered only within approved authorization scope. Billing is traceable from authorization through reconciliation.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

What HHCS is, and is not.

Being explicit about scope protects participants, partners, and the integrity of the work. We coordinate household and chore support. We are not a clinical provider, and we do not operate outside defined scope.

HHCS Operates within the Scope of:

+

Household, chore, environmental, project-based, pest coordination, and facility/community support services.

+

Practical household needs such as cleaning, laundry assistance, organizing, outdoor household support, home stabilization, facility turnover, shared-space support, and pest-related preparation.

+

Intake review, service scope clarification, scheduling support, field partner coordination, documentation, follow-up, and completion tracking.

+

Waiver-funded, program-funded, and private-pay service pathways, based on the approved service need or requested support.

+

Clear communication from request through completion, including updates, next steps, and service closure.

What is outside of HHCS scope of services:

Clinical, nursing, medical, or home health services.

Personal care services, including hands-on hygiene, bathing, dressing, medication support, or ADL assistance.

Services outside the approved authorization, defined scope of work, or agreed private-pay arrangement.

Licensed trade, construction, emergency, or regulated services unless coordinated through properly qualified service partners when applicable.

Open-ended referral hand-offs without scope clarification, documentation, communication, or follow-up.
